Holiday shipping update

The holidays are very unfavorable for parcel delivery/delivery services this year.

DPD

In week 52, DPD will only collect on Monday, December 23. Orders placed up to and including Sunday, December 22 23:59 will still be shipped on Monday, December 23 and should usually be delivered on December 24. DPD will then only collect again in week 1 on Monday, December 30. All orders from December 23 up to and including Sunday, December 29 23:59 will be shipped on Monday, December 30. These orders will then usually be delivered on December 31. The normal schedule will then continue with the regular collection on Thursday, January 2, delivery usually the next working day.

Shipments with shrimp will no longer be shipped after December 19 and will be handed over to DPD again on January 6-8.

PostNL

PostNL will continue to operate ‘normally’ during the holidays. This means that there will be no deliveries or deliveries on the holidays (25 and 26 December, 1 January). On all other working days, shipments will be delivered and delivered as usual. The shipment will usually be delivered the next working day after delivery.

General

Due to the holidays and expected volumes after the holidays, delays are expected at all carriers. If you need something, order in time to receive the shipment before the holidays. We continue to work (with the exception of the holidays) and are available every working day.
