GlasGarten Snail Safe prevents your snails from venturing too far from the aquarium and being damaged by falling or drying out outside, if they cannot return on their own. Species of snails such as the ornamental nerite snail, the orange track nerite snail, the zebra nerite, the sun snail or the red nerite snail, therefore the species of Neritina, Clithon or Vittina, are known for the fact that they like to get out of the aquarium and then unfortunately often die next to the aquarium, as they were found too late. This often happens when they climb over the edge of the open aquarium or come out of the small openings in the aquarium lids and cannot find their way back.

Snail Safe is harmless to everyone in the aquarium, but uncomfortable for the snails, so they don't want to go any further when they touch it with their sensitive feet and turn around.

Snail Safe can be easily applied as a thin, transparent film like a cream, so that you can create a barrier for your snails where they shouldn't be crawling.

Snail Safe adheres well to all dry surfaces such as glass, plastic, wood, metal, etc. and is water repellent.

Usage

Take out the Snail Safe with your finger and apply a thin film on top of the dry edge of the aquarium all around. The surface must be dry. Check from time to time whether the protective barrier is still closed or whether there are any open areas. Residues can be easily removed with a dry cloth.
